SBI PO 2023 Selection Process
The SBI PO recruitment test is India’s most prestigious public-sector bank exam. Compared to the IBPS bank entrance tests, it is thought to be a little harder. At SBI, there are three steps in the process of hiring Probationary Officers:
1. A preliminary checkup
2. Important Test
3. Interview (GD)
Important Points About SBI PO Recruitment 2023
The following things about the SBI PO selection process should be remembered by the candidates:
• Biometric Verification: To make sure that the SBI PO 2023 selection process is error-free and safe, the bank may take a digital image of the candidate’s thumb. This is done to make sure that the prospects are real. If the biometric proof doesn’t match up, the candidate will be turned down and the law will be used to punish them. So, candidates are told not to put anything on their hands from the outside, like ink, Mehndi, chemicals, etc.
• Number of Attempts: The most chances you can get in each area are set. Those who have already used all of their chances cannot apply. Going to the Preliminary Exam doesn’t count as a try, but going to the Mains Exam does.
SBI PO 2023 Salary Structure
According to the notice, a Probationary Officer’s (PO) starting basic pay is Rs 41,960 (with 4 advance levels) on the scale of 36000-1490/7-46430-1740/2-49910-1990/7-63840 for Junior Management Grade Scale-I.

When filling out the online application form for SBI PO 2023, applicants must choose their chosen exam centers based on their own needs. But if there aren’t enough seats at a candidate’s top picks, the Bank may give them an exam center that they didn’t choose. Everyone who wants to take the Prelims exam and the Main test has to give one preference for each.
