What Is The Slow Horses Season 3 Release Date?
The third season of Slow Horses will be out on November 29th. Slow Horses, like the first two seasons, will only be available on Apple TV+. Apple has no plans to make it available on other services. There will be eight weekly shows in Season 3, and the last one will air on December 29.
Slow Horses Season 3 Story Details
We don’t know what will happen in season 3 of Slow Horses yet, but since it will be based on Real Tigers, the third book in the Slough House series, we can guess what might happen. The story was nicely wrapped up at the end of season 2, but the agents at Slough House are still working and looking for the next case to look into in season 3. The death of spy Min Harper (Dustin Demri-Burns) in season 2 is a plot point that will have an impact. His death may affect his coworkers for a long time.
Slough House members are again involved in a crime plot in Real Tigers and probably in season 3 of Slow Horses. This time, though, one of their own is the main target. An unidentified group has kidnapped Standish and is holding him hostage for ransom.
Jackson, River, and the rest of the slow horses need to break into MI5’s offices and steal useful information to trade to pay off the people who took the stand. The spies from Slough House will be up against their own bosses in Season 3 of Slow Horses. They will find that the plot goes to Downing Street and includes the top of MI5.

Slow Horses, Season 3 Cast
In Slow Horses, Sope Dirisu puts a gun to Sean Donovan’s head. Many well-known players are in season 3 of Slow Horses. Gary Oldman, who played sloppy Jack Lamb in Darkest Hour and Harry Potter, is one of them. Jack Lowden will play a new member of Slough House. He has already played River Cartwright in Mary Queen of Scots and Benediction.
In Darkest Hour and The English Patient, Kristin Scott Thomas played Diana Taverner. She will now play the head of MI5. Saskia Reeves will be back as Catherine Standish, and soon Sope Dirisu will join the group as Sean Donovan, a new character who used to be the head of security at the British Embassy in Istanbul.
A lot of people who liked the characters in Slow Horses should be back, but it’s not for sure yet. Some of them are Rosalind Eleazar as Louisa Guy, Jonathan Pryce as David Cartwright, Freddie Fox as James “Spider” Webb, Dustin Demri-Burns as Min Harper, Aimée-Ffion Edwards as Shirley Dander, and Kadiff Kirwan as Marcus Longridge. Slow Horses Season 3 Trailer
Early in November 2023, a video for Slow Horses season 3 came out. It gives away even more information than the teaser that was added at the end of season 2. The trailer does a lot of things. It brings back the main cast, shows Standish’s kidnapping, and hints that it will be the major plot of the new season. It also gives away small pieces of the Deep State plots that have run through the show so far, indicating that season 3 of Slow Horses is about a much bigger game.
