WBSHFWS CHO Age Limit
Candidates can’t be older than 40, and according to government rules, candidates from special categories get some age breaks.
WBSHFWS CHO Qualification
Completed a B.Sc. in nursing and the Integrated CPCH Course from a school recognized by the West Bengal Nursing Council on or after August 2020.
Candidates must have a West Bengal Nursing Council (WBNC) registration certificate, provisional certificate, or reciprocity stamp.
The applicants must live in West Bengal and know how to read, write, and talk in Bengali.
Also needed is the ability to speak and understand the local language and accent.

WBSHFWS CHO Recruitment 2023: Selection Process
A written test and a discussion will be used to choose the candidates. The written Exam is worth 85 points and Viva-voce is worth 15 points. There are a total of 100 marks. A list of eligible candidates will be made based on their merit.
WBSHFWS CHO Salary 2023 Recruitment
The following is WBSHFWS CHO’s monthly salary:
Rs. 20,000 a month (increased according to NHM guidelines)
In addition, the CHOS will get a maximum performance-linked incentive of Rs.5,000 per month based on accepted parameters.
