Emoluments
In addition to basic pay, AAI rules allow for Dearness Allowance, Perks @ 35% of Basic Pay, HRA, and other perks like CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, Medical perks, etc.
The CTC per year for the position of Junior Executive would be around Rs. 13 lakhs, for the position of Senior Assistant around Rs. 11.5 lakhs, and for the position of Junior Assistant around Rs. 10 lakhs.
