- The candidates’ selection process will be determined based on the percentage of marks attained in their qualifying Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma.
- The calculation of the percentage of marks secured in the final qualifying examinations will adhere to the practices followed by the respective University / Institution.
- If a candidate has received grades / CGPA instead of marks, the conversion to percentage will be carried out according to the University / Institution’s established procedure.
- If the University / Institution lacks a defined scheme for percentage calculation, the following principles will apply a. For candidates with Grades / CGPA, the percentage equivalence will be established by multiplying the Grade / CGPA by a factor of 10. b. For candidates with marks on a semester basis, the percentage equivalence will be determined by calculating the average of marks obtained in all semesters from the second year to the final year.
- c. For candidates with marks on a yearly basis, the percentage equivalence will be determined by calculating the average of marks obtained in all years from the second year to the final year.
