The Japanese manga story “Tokyo Revengers” is written by Ken Wakui and is about a 26-year-old man named Takemichi Hanagaki who finds out that his ex-girlfriend Hinata Tachibana died in a fight with the Tokyo Manji Gang. Takemichi goes back in time twelve years to when he was dating Hinata after having a near-death experience at a subway station.
He sets out to change the future because he doesn’t want her to die. It has 31 tankōbon volumes and was published in Weekly Shōnen Magazine from March 2017 to November 2022. The show has been turned into a cartoon, and the second season will air from January to April 2023. The third season of the cartoon, “Tokyo Revengers: Tenjiku-hen,” will start airing in a few days. Most likely, Tokyo Revengers season 3 episode 8 will show who Akane was. From what we know about the event, she was a girl that both Inupi and Kokonoi knew. Kokonoi also seemed to have a special connection with her.
