The drama Call the Midwife has gained a devoted following among viewers worldwide, and fortunately, the show’s future has been confirmed with three more seasons on the way, ensuring we will continue to see it on television at least until 2026.
“After so many years, our much loved regular characters are like family to me – and our great viewers so often tell me that they feel the same,” says Call the Midwife creator and writer Heidi Thomas OBE about the upcoming season. When Will Call the Midwife’s Season 13 Release Date?
A UK or US release date won’t be announced for some time, but Call the Midwife usually makes a comeback to television with a special episode on Christmas Day. A new season premieres in January on BBC One in the UK and March on PBS in the US.
The BBC has officially confirmed that work has begun on season 13 of Neal Street Productions’ Call the Midwife. The season will consist of eight one-hour episodes in 2024 after a ninety-minute Christmas special in 2023.

Call the Midwife Season 13 Plotline
Season 13 of “Call the Midwife” is expected to provide the same gripping drama and emotional narrative that viewers have grown to love.
