Based on Aneko Yusagi’s light books with the same name, The Rising of the Shield Hero is an anime show. At the 2019 Crunchyroll Expo, it was announced that the show will have a second and third season. The KADOKAWA anime YouTube account posted a new trailer for the third season of Rising of the Shield Hero. It says that the season will air in October.
The video shows some new friends and enemies that Naofumi will meet, adding to what we already know about the story. The high-quality art makes me think that Season 3 will be a big improvement over Season 2, but we don’t know for sure yet.
The Rising of The Shield Hero Season 3 Confirmed
The third season of “The Rising of the Shield Hero” will start airing in Japan on October 6, 2023. It is set to come out in the United States in the fall of that year.
Fans have made it clear that they want a second season like the first one, which had more shows, but no one knows how many episodes it will have yet. People didn’t like Season 2 as much as Season 1 because it only had 13 shows instead of 25 in Season 1.

Aneko Yusagi Wrote A Set Of Dark Fantasy Light Novels That Have Been Turned Into An Anime Series. First It Was An Online Book, And Then It Was Picked Up By a Media Factory And Turned Into A 22-volume Print Series. The Story Is Mostly About Naofumi Iwatani, Who Is One Of The Cardinal Heroes.
He Is Sent To A Different Universe With Three Other Young Guys. Their Job Is To Fight Waves Of Scary Monsters That Threaten The World. Even So, Naofumi’s Luck Changes When He Is Wrongly Accused Of Having A Sexual Relationship With Princess, His Only Friend.
They Went On Tasks Together To Find Out What Was Going On In This Strange New World. Last Year Was The End Of Season 2, Which Was Mostly About The New World Arc, In Which Naofumi And His Friends Explore Kyo’s World. The Third Season Will Have Lots Of Exciting Experiences With The Isekai.
It Is Likely That Season 3 Of The Rising Of The Shield Hero Will Adapt The Fourteenth And Fifteenth Parts Of The Light Novel’s Fallen Heroes Arc. The Season Will Also Look At Ren, Itsuki, And Motoyasu’s New Responsibilities While They Try To Figure Out What True Courage Means.
