Home Town Takeover Season 3

There is an American TV show called Home Town Takeover. Today we’re going to talk about a renovation series that is getting more and more popular because it’s so good. You can see the show on Discovery+ and HGTV.

It came out on May 2, 2021, and there were two seasons. The couple takes on different towns to fix up and gives us great material. This piece will talk about the summary of the show, the possible third season, when it will come out, and other things. Stay tuned to find out more about this show.

Home Town Takeover Season 3 Release Date Speculation

The second season of Home Town Takeover has been on HGTV since April 23, 2023. The show has been scrapped again, though. It breaks my heart to tell you all that the exciting show Home Town Takeover will not be coming back.

Erin and Ben said that they wanted to put their family first when they were asked. Erin recently told them some sad news about her three-year-old child, which had a big effect on their job.

Since their job requires them to spend a lot of time away from their kids, ending the show is best for their family. They didn’t have time for their kids because of their projects, so it seemed like the right thing to do to grow as a family and strengthen the bonds between them.

Discovery+ has not picked up the show for a third season. We don’t know much about the third season of Home Town Takeover, so we can only guess what will happen. But we can be sure that the story will pick up where it left off in the last season in the next one.

Home Town Takeover Season 3 Review

I loved the first season of this show, which is the only one that is currently shown on the show’s list. However, the second season isn’t very good, with few HGTV “stars” and not much going on.

The “maze” in the prairie garden is a great example. Even though it fits with the area’s personality, I can’t see anyone, especially teens, hanging out there. The “windchimes” are just tacky pieces of wood hung too low from a clothesline that looks like the one my grandma used.

With new paint, more outdoor space, and an art piece by a local artist, the bowling alley has changed the most evident fashion. The outdoor space is nice, but bad weather will keep it from being used for more than half the year. Also, bringing things inside every night to keep them safe from theft, damage, or the weather will get old fast.

From the street, the family home looks beautiful. If there is a trellis or some other kind of covering over the outdoor space and hanging garden, they can be used for six months out of the year. Even though the inside looks nice, there needs to be more space for a family of seven. The space could be more varied, impersonal, and reflective of the people who live there.

Conclusion

This series is really great. After seeing those YouTube videos of people building tiny houses and pools in the middle of a jungle, this is the most similar thing I can think of. It also looks just as good as the other videos.

When I was in quarantine, I liked seeing things break and then be put back together again. Another group of people would also enjoy this show but don’t know about it. If the show had been promoted better, “Hometown Takeover” would have been a huge hit.
